Hybrid Health wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Hybrid Health does not take any responsibilities regarding country specific legal situations or provide legal advice. Please inform yourself about the legal status in your state/country, as we cannot guarantee delivery. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your state/country.

We are selling our products as containing cannabidiol. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing cannabidiol. If you have questions about this product, please contact our customer service team at prior to purchase.

For bank wire payments, please remember to state your order number or contact person, otherwise the delivery time will be prolonged since we have to match the orders.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48hrs of receipt by contacting Hybrid Health at customersupport@hybridhealth.us . Please contact us and provide detailed information, including if possible photograph(s), for any product damaged during shipping within that time. We may require that any damaged products be returned to Hybrid Health for exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY


We offer an exchange of same product or refund only for unopened/unused products damaged in transit. No other exchanges or refunds are offered or implied.
Costs associated with payment and delivery processing are covered by the customer. Under certain circumstances and at Hybrid Health’s sole discretion, we may issue a refund for unused, unopened product less a five percent (5%) restocking fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

Hybrid Health respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Hybrid Health. Hybrid Health will not pass any of your personal information to third parties.

SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order.
We will then inform you by email if this should be the case. Hybrid Health ships with USPS Priority Mail.
International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
Hybrid Health is 100% legal to ship to all US and EU territories. There are currently many other countries that allow hemp-based products to be marketed and sold. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your country. If you live in Denmark contact sundhedsstyrelsen in order to obtain a permit to buy this product.

We ship from North Carolina, USA. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.

HOW LONG BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE?

We take speed of delivery very seriously.
You will normally receive your Hybrid Health product within 2 to 3 working days.
However, there are things that may further delay your shipment which are out of our control. If you paid using the bank transfer option (+five days)
. The funds will be available in our bank approximately five (5) days after transfer is made from our customer side. As soon as we receive the funds we will ship your Hybrid Health product.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US CAN BE DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOMS.

INSPECTION

We ship worldwide but some countries have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp based products. We hope that soon all the world will learn about hemp solutions, meanwhile we will notify you immediately if an inspection from your postal service or customs delays your package.
